Your bookkeeper keeps working the way they do now. Intuit’s official API lets connected tools create and update customers, estimates and invoices in QuickBooks Online, so the office stops re-entering what a tech already wrote down.

Technicians dictate a service report on site, pick the customer straight from QuickBooks, and the report goes out as a branded PDF. Estimates and invoices are created from the admin and linked back to the report, and new leads land on the owner’s phone.

QuickBooks Online or Desktop?
We build for QuickBooks Online, through Intuit’s official API. Desktop works differently; tell us on the call and we’ll be straight about what’s possible.
Will our bookkeeper have to change anything?
No. Customers, estimates and invoices arrive in QuickBooks the way they’d enter them, using your own items and tax codes.
Are you an Intuit partner?
No. We’re an independent studio building on QuickBooks Online’s public API. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit.
We use Jobber or Housecall Pro too. Can it all connect?
Often, yes. We look at what each tool already syncs, and build only the missing piece.
What will it cost?
It depends on what the tools need to do and what they connect to. We agree a fixed price after the call, before any build starts.
