Start with a demonstration round
Today shows the simulated field and items that need attention. Wells holds manual observations. Tanks records collection volumes and ticket references. Handover saves a dated snapshot with your notes for sharing. All field readings are simulated; the app does not monitor or control real equipment.
A record did not save
Wait for the saved confirmation before leaving the form. If the app reports a storage problem, use Retry storage, then submit the record again. A failed save leaves the previously saved notebook intact. If saved records cannot be read, the app preserves them instead of overwriting them. Contact us with the error text before uninstalling if you need to keep those records.
Records on another phone or the website
The current app saves a separate notebook on each device. There is no account or team synchronization, and records do not appear in the web demo. A daily scenario reset changes simulated conditions but keeps the retained notebook entries.
Share a handover
Open a saved handover and choose Share handover in the iPhone or Android app. The phone’s share sheet lets you choose the destination. The browser preview does not support this native sharing flow. If sharing fails, the saved handover remains in the notebook.
Report a problem
Include the screen you were on, the steps that led to the problem and any error message. A screenshot can help, but remove information you do not want to send. We do not have remote access to your notebook. You can also contact the studio about a field pilot.
