AI & automation · Kelowna & Vancouver
Less chasing things. More time for the work.
Start with the task that keeps interrupting the day. We look at the information it needs, the systems involved and the points where someone should make the decision.
See it in practice
Modern Cue ClubModern Cue Club is preparing a members’ billiards venue in Kelowna. We are building the software around a straightforward goal: members should be able to book, arrive and play without a front-desk handoff.View the case study

How we work
Choose the right kind of automation
A fixed business rule often needs ordinary software. Language-heavy tasks may benefit from AI. We separate the two and choose the approach that can be tested against your actual examples.
Design the exceptions
Missing information, duplicate requests and unavailable services are part of the workflow. We plan retries, review steps and a way for a person to take over before those cases reach customers.
Connect useful context
HeySEO is one example of our work in this area: giving AI tools access to relevant search and analytics data. The broader principle is the same for your business: useful inputs, specific actions and results someone can verify.
Before we start
Does every automation need AI?
No. Predictable tasks are often better handled with standard rules and integrations. We use AI when understanding language or working with unstructured information is useful.
Can an AI system act without review?
That depends on the task. We define which actions can run automatically and which require a person, with particular care around messages, payments and changes to important records.
How do you measure whether it works?
We agree on representative examples and success criteria before rollout: time saved, correct routing, fewer manual steps or another outcome specific to the workflow.
