How we work
Choose the right first version
We start with the job the product needs to do. Sometimes a responsive web app is enough; sometimes offline access, phone capabilities or frequent use justify a mobile app. We help make that decision before committing to the build.
Include the people running it
Membership changes, refunds, event assignments and support requests need a home. We design the operational side alongside the customer journey, so launching does not leave you running the business through database edits.
Ship a flow you can test
We break the build into complete journeys you can try: join, pay, book, receive a notification. Working previews expose missing decisions early and let the first release stay focused.
Before we start
Should I build a website or an app?
That depends on how frequently people use it and what they need from their device. We review the core journey and recommend the smallest useful first release.
Can you connect to our existing systems?
We review the available APIs, permissions and data before defining the integration. The goal is to keep useful systems in place and make information move reliably between them.
Who owns the code?
Your project is handed over with its code and the setup information needed to operate it. Ownership, third-party licences and ongoing support are covered in the project agreement.
